Jay Peak Resort - Slopeside Development
and Roadway Construction

Jay Peak Resort, Vermont's northern most Four Season Resort, has experienced substantial growth over the past few years. With the completion of a championship golf course, indoor water park, multiple hotels, all to supplement some of the best ski slopes in the East, Jay Peak has transformed into a true four season resort.

The scope of work includes new infrastructure including water, sewer, and storm-water lines as well as roadways and foundation excavation and back-fill for slope side town-home development. Other aspects of the project include the construction of a new access roadway to the Resort, along with all landscape work items including in excess of 15,000vsf of boulder landscape walls.

This project was completed in October 2013.
